Check the official shuttle information first
The UNFCCC participant guide describes complimentary shuttle services, with stops at hotels on the official COP31 accommodation platform. Attendees staying elsewhere may need to arrange their own connection. For attendees who need a vehicle and chauffeur to remain available during each agreed day across multiple dates, daily hire differs from a shuttle or point-to-point transfer. Details to confirm before requesting a quote

Ask the provider to confirm in writing the assigned vehicle and operator, passenger and luggage capacity, pickup point, waiting-time terms, price, cancellation terms, and any access arrangements. Do not treat a request or quote as proof that an airport or event authority has approved restricted access.
Antalya Airport transfers and meeting points
Antalya Airport (AYT) is the main airport for visitors travelling to Antalya. For an airport-to-hotel or return journey, confirm the flight, destination, agreed meeting point, and any flight-delay or waiting-time terms with the transport provider.
Terminal, CIP, apron, and tarmac access are separate permissions set by airport operators and relevant authorities. A standard vehicle booking should not be assumed to include them. If a particular meeting point or access permission is important, have the responsible operator confirm it and obtain written confirmation of the agreed scope before travel.
Choose a vehicle around the actual group and luggage

For a delegation, prepare one itinerary with arrival times, hotel locations, passenger counts, vehicle needs, and any scheduled stops.
