BYZAS Chauffeur Driven Terms of Service. Professional B2B ground transport, vehicle hire, and close protection coordinator agreements.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

1. Contractual Relationship & Scope

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the access or use by you, an individual or a corporate entity, of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the 'Services') made available globally by BYZAS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its operational affiliates in Turkey (collectively, 'BYZAS').

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Chauffeur & Ground Transportation Services

All luxury ground transportation services are executed by protocol-trained, highly vetted chauffeurs. Itineraries, flight numbers, and passenger counts must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to service commencement. BYZAS enforces a strict 'Zero-Delay Policy' with live tracking of flights; however, BYZAS is not liable for delays resulting from air traffic control, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Standard waiting time is 60 minutes for international arrivals, and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and hotel pick-ups, after which standby rates apply.

3. VIP Car Rental & Ballistic Armored Vehicles

For standard and VR7/VR9 ballistic-protected armored vehicles, rentals are provided strictly with secure-trained chauffeurs (security-trained chauffeur escort) unless explicitly agreed in writing under a corporate dry-lease contract. Armored vehicle deployments require a minimum of 24-hour advance coordination and are subject to security clearance of passenger lists. Passenger manifests must be updated and approved prior to tarmac or secure compound extraction.

4. Executive Protection & Security Coordination

BYZAS provides security-trained drivers and coordinates close protection logistics with local licensed close-protection partners in Turkey. BYZAS does not act as an independent licensed armed security agency in jurisdictions where local regulatory licenses are restricted; all armed close protection personnel are contracted through fully licensed local security entities and vetted Turkish Special Forces alumni. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal or government clearances for security details.

5. Pricing, Billing, and No Published Rates

BYZAS operates strictly on a bespoke, inquiry-based pricing model with no published pricing tables to protect client privacy. All quotes are customized based on duration, vehicle class, routing complexity, security threat matrix, and diplomatic protocol requirements. Invoices are issued in USD, EUR, or equivalent local currencies. Invoices must be paid according to the terms specified on the corporate booking confirmation or service agreement.

6. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

Cancellations of standard chauffeur services must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at 100% of the quoted rate. For armored vehicles, multi-vehicle convoys, and specialized events (such as NATO Summit, COP31), the cancellation window is 72 hours. Amendments to routes or timings can be made up to 4 hours before service, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Confidentiality is an absolute operational protocol at BYZAS. All operations, including principal identities, itineraries, secure locations, and conversation details within the vehicle passenger cabin, are treated as highly classified. Chauffeurs and operational staff are bound by strict corporate NDAs. Written NDAs can be executed with corporate and diplomatic clients prior to service deployment upon request.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Newark, Delaware, or, for operational events occurring in Turkey, under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices.
