Information within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

Introduction
As BYZAS Chauffeur Driven, we show maximum sensitivity to fulfill our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('KVKK') at the highest level.
In accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data as the data controller.
1. Data Controller
As BYZAS Chauffeur Driven, we act as the data controller within the scope of KVKK. Contact: info@chauffeurdrive.info
2. Processed Personal Data
We process identity (Name, Surname, Passport/ID), contact (Phone, Email, Address), booking details, financial/payment info, and technical data (IP, cookies).
3. Processing Purposes
Data is used for booking fulfillment, service quality, legal compliance, communication, secure payments, and resolving complaints.
4. Data Retention
Booking/Financial records are kept for 10 years for legal compliance. Security logs for 6 months. Marketing permissions until revoked.
5. Your Rights as Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
Know whether your data is processed
Request information if processed
Know the purpose of processing
Know third parties to whom data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete/incorrect data
Request deletion/destruction of data
Object to results of automated analysis
Claim compensation for unlawful processing
